The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was near a line 6 subway station and close to NanLuoGuXiang walking street. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our belongings at the counter even after we checked out. The hotel provided sufficient beds and mattresses, ensuring that everyone had a comfortable stay. The hotel accepted foreign VISA cards, making it easy for international travelers to pay for their stay.
Nothing, it was perfect.

We needed room with 3 beds and there was one - rather big, with big window, with 3 beds and one of the beds was like for 2 people.
I think 10 years ago the hotel was ok but now it looks abandoned. The water on the 5th floor is poor. Some rooms are relly dirty.Location is nice but a little bit far from transport

The staff was very very nice! They help as in everything we need, also they speak English very well. Wi fi is free)
The room where we stayed was not good - towels were dirty and some problem with washbasin. And the district was like chainise getto with national traditions. But we stay there for one night and it is Ok for as.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the fact that they had a variety of amenities offered, including free Wi-Fi and a business center. the location of the hotel was also a key aspect that I enjoyed, as it was located near popular tourist attractions and public transportation.
The bathroom facilities at this hotel left much to be desired. the drains smelled bad and the shower/toilet area was not well-maintained.

Very near to Nan Luo Gu Xiang and Qian Hai. Room was clean and beds & pillows were nice. We slept very well.
The broken window glass can be replaced. Water in the bathroom was too hot or too cold. difficult to adjust.

Very central location to the north of downtown, close to subway, very handy.
Nothing was provided as advertised on the Internet. Staff got a bit pedantic about category of visa, although we had our work permit, insisted on full payment for the stay.

Great location! The hotel is situated close to public transport and surrounded by vibrant surroundings. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The price of the rooms was affordable considering the amenities, including a comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi. We were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get around the city from this spot.
The bathroom was not up to our standards. There was a strange smell coming from the drains and the sink leaked.
